Many ‘cheap’ hosting providers do not provide you with their upfront technical specifications. They choose not to disclose them to you as there are lots of small print details which add on pounds when a technical issue arises. These types of companies are not very happy to publish their weak sides.

NEED AN UPDATE ON YOUR SITE?

No problem, we’ve got that covered. With our hosting, we allow 30 minutes of amends to your site, these include content changes, colour changes, image changes and video changes. Any further amends after this time will have to be quoted for.

DAILY WEBSITE BACKUPS

Why backup your website? Firstly, a website backup almost acts like a safety rope, if something goes wrong with your site, we can restore the site back to a set day. We include in our hosting a daily back up of your website. The daily backups run for 30 days and then resets after the 30 days and the process repeats.

GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Have you ever had to wait on hold on a phone call to a number which is clearly charging you way over the odds? Some cheap hosting companies force you into spending lots of money to contact them if there are any issues with your site. This is not only costly but it can also be very frustrating.
